Commader Rex Sticker

Rex earned his title of Commander towards the end of the Clone Wars after being reunited with his long time Commander and friend Ahsoka Tano. In order for Anakin and Obi-Wan to assist Mandalore with the threat of Maul and his Super Commandos, they could not leave a battalion of 501st Clones in the command of Ahsoka since she was no longer an enlisted officer in the Grand Army of the Republic. Therefor, Rex was promoted from Captain to Commander in order to send a battalion of clones to Mandalore for Maul’s Capture. Rex and his men brought Gar Saxon and the super commandos into custody, allowing Tano enough time and support to successfully capture Maul after defeating him in a duel.
